Scholarship Details

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidate must be current high school senior planning on attending a post-secondary institution.

Candidate must have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement.

Candidate must have significant involvement in school and community activities.

Candidate must have participated in a high school athletic program.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate will submit an essay describing the impact sports has had on your life and a brief summary on their career goals. (Minimum 400 words)

At least one letter must be from a previous coach. The letter should speak to the character, integrity and or uniqueness of the student.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Applications will be accepted by email only.

Finalists will be interviewed by the selection committee in May.
-
Scholarship will be presented in May(date TBD).
-
The winner will receive the scholarship award once college acceptance and enrollment is verified by the 2nd Phase Foundation.

EDUCATION POSTPONEMENT: If the winner chooses to postpone his/her college education, the scholarship may be reserved for up to one year from the date of graduation.
